Welcome to Wavi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wavi's website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Our Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

Rider and Captain Responsibilities

Riders agree to pay all applicable fares and fees for rides booked through the Wavi app. Captains are independent contractors and agree to operate their vessels safely and in accordance with all local laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability

Wavi is a platform that connects Riders with independent Captains. We do not operate the boats. In no event shall Wavi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services or any ride booked through the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes. Your continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
